As some of you know, I’m in love with computing history, and the Microsoft HQ is definitely one of the most important historical sites for nerdies like me. Sure, I have had my doubts about some of the stuff that Microsoft have been up to over the years, and yes, I’m a Mac , but still, Microsoft’s contribution to the information revolution cannot be ignored and I can’t help drawing a not so humble parallell to Steve Jobs’ visit to Xerox Parc in 1979 (though I promise not to “borrow” anything this time). smoothie maker
For the record, this trip is bought smoothie maker and paid for by Microsoft, and yes, I had my doubts about the risk of being used as a PR-pawn; but all in all I came to the conclusion that I always say and write exactly what I think about the meal regardless of who picks up the tab, both good and bad, and I’ll keep doing precisely that. Perhaps that is part of the reason why they picked me in the first place. Finally, examining the list of the five names on Microsoft’s invitation list sealed the deal. These were not just any four people they had picked, but people of both brains and intergrity. The other four people on the list were:
Joakim Jardenberg : Founder and CEO of Mindpark, blogger, speaker, business angel and “senior advisor on all things internet” smoothie maker for five of Sweden’s top CEOs. Jonas Lejon: Swedish digital mass-entrepreneur and demon-developer. Tommy K Johansson: Tech-guru and author smoothie maker of Sweden’s smoothie maker biggest blog on information technology. Pingis Hadenius: Multi talented powerhouse with a CV ranging from finance to being editor in chief for a string of great magazines like Red Tee and Passion for Business. smoothie maker Now Publisher at IDG Sweden.
