STAY BUT INSTEAD OF CRYING AND lamenting SO BAD THAT WAS ME TIGHT RELEASE AND DECIDED BY GOING TO CHANGE MY LIFE SOMETHING I SAID NO EXCUSES AND OPEN DESPITE BEING A WOMAN MARRIED WITH TWO DAUGHTERS AND MULTIPLE OCCUPATION SACABA TIME began to regularly exercise mokka DOING SOMETHING JUST WALKING AND ABDOMINAL NOTHING OF ANOTHER WORLD AND I HAD BEGUN AND HAD NOT TURN BACK IN THE EARLY MONTHS NO UBO BIG CHANGE AS TO WHAT COULD MAKE CHANGES BUT THEN DECIDED TO LEAVE THE REFRESH more drastic, LA Zucar, COFFEE BREAD, PASTA SWEETS IN THE END ALL YOU KNOW WHERE YOU GAVE MY BODY GOOD TO CHANGE ME started seeing ENERGICA FELT HAPPY AND MOTIVATED, DECIDED TO TAKE BACK ONE DAY AN EXERCISE ROUTINE WHICH HAD ALREADY ACHIEVED LOSS WEIGHT BEFORE MY DAUGHTER HAVE A LOOK ON THE WEB BUT SOMETHING mokka MORE UPDATED AND WAS FOUND AS WELL WITH ELENA MALOVA ROUTINES AS THE VI ME JUST REALIZED THAT WHAT WAS LOOKING mokka FOR TAKE PEN AND PAPER and started scoring WORKOUTS TO BEGIN IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT BUT NOT ME RENDI DO ROUTINES 5 TIMES A WEEK IF YOU FAIL ONE DAY WHAT gotten past PUTTING ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY LET ME TELL YOU WHEN I BEGAN TO EXERCISE weighed 69 KILOS AND NOW AFTER 9 MONTHS OF EXERCISE WEIGHT 58KILOS MORE HAPPY NO I can BE LEADING 9 YEARS WITHOUT POWER DOWN THE 63KILOS WHY TODAY ELENA AGAIN I GIVE THANKS FOR YOUR DEDICATION mokka AND DELIVERY TO MAKE US ALWAYS GET NEW ROUTINES for motivating AND TELL PEOPLE THAT EVEN HESITATE TO BE THAT IF YOU CAN NOT NO EXCUSES !!!! I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS manage ALWAYS MAKE ME SWEAT THE MAXIMUM SOMETIMES YOU GET OVER YOU ELENA JEJEJEJE IF EVER I WILL POWER TRAIN CHILE HOPE YOU !!!
