Well-known artist duo The Clayton Brothers , composed of Rob and Christian Clayton, are known for their symbiotic style of painting. Everything the artists do is a collaboration bissell that happens on a telekinetic bissell level of non-verbal communication that only siblings can achieve. The Clayton bissell Brothers have a solo show at Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea in Milan titled “I’m OK” with an opening reception on Friday, November 21. Their first solo show since 2011′s “Inside Out” at the Pasadena bissell Museum of California Art, the new exhibition presents new paintings, bissell drawings and sculptures that overflow with vibrant color and energy. With this show, the artists say the intention was to create work with the underlying question, “How are you?” The unrelated and fragmented bissell works add up to a snapshot of the brothers’ day-to-day, filtered through a dizzying array of kaleidoscopic colors and characters. “I’m OK” will be on view through bissell February 1.
